Russell Naylor is the founder of Elite. He has held leadership roles in the insurance industry for the past thirty years. He began in the group benefits business in the early 1960's with The Travelers and, in the 1970's, started the first Third Party Administration (TPA) firm in the Philadelphia area. He sold this TPA firm in 1986 and upon the termination of his transition responsibilities, formed Elite Brokerage Services, Inc.
Since Elite's inception, the highest level of customer service has been the basis for our success. We believe that every employee every day, represents Elite since customers judge all of us by how they are treated with each employee contact. Therefore, our first business priority is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important then the courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt attention you give to customers. Positive customer relations pay off in greater loyalty and increased sales and profit.
Based upon this philosophy Elite has grown to over 75 employees with 4 field office locations throughout the country. With over 1,000 aggregate client relationships, Elite continues to maintain the small business service mentality that created the Company's ongoing growth and success.
